Do the rooms have hair dryers in them?

Yes all rooms have hair dryers in them.

Are there tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms?

Yes all rooms have a kettle and free tea and coffee supplies are provided daily.

Are toiletries provided in hotel bathrooms?

No toiletries further than soap are provided in the bathrooms.

Are towels provided?

Yes towels are provided in all rooms.

Can I borrow an iron?

Yes, please ask at reception for an iron and ironing board.

Can I make special requests for room or diet requirements?

Yes, when booking please put in your requirements then and we will try to meet with all customer requests, however, please note they are not guaranteed.

Can I bring a wheelchair or motorised scooter?

Yes, please advise us of your mobility needs at the time of booking. The Inversnaid Hotel has many lift accessible bedrooms but the hotel is frequently accessed by ferry. All guests must be able to board the ferry and walk up the slope from the pier to the hotek. We recommend that you read through our mobility information page before booking.

Is there Wi-Fi?

There is free Wi-Fi available in the reception area in the Hotel.

How can I pay for my bar bill and any extras at the hotel?

We can charge your drinks to your room and you can pay by cash, debit or credit card on departure.

Will there be entertainment in the hotel in the evenings?

Yes there is entertainment every night in the hotels.

What is the dress code for dinner?

There is no set dress code but most guests choose to dress smart casual.

What do I do if I have to complain?

If you have a complaint during your package you should bring the matter to the attention of the hotel management so that they can do their utmost to resolve the problem immediately. If they are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction you should put the details of your complaint in writing and send it to the Customer Relations Officer, Lochs and Glens Holidays, School Road, Gartocharn, Dunbartonshire, G83 8RW, or alternatively, send an e-mail to enquiries@lochs.com marked for the attention of the Customer Relations Officer.

Single Night Booking FAQs

Are excursions included with a room booking?

No, room bookings include bed and breakfast. Our coach holidays offer a wide range of itineraries from short breaks to longer holidays and if you would like to explore Scotland with us please view our holidays here.

What meals are included with a room booking?

Room bookings include breakfast. Dinner can be arranged with the hotel upon arrival at a cost of £12pp. We are primarily a coach holiday company so meal times are structured around this and there are a selection of dinner/breakfast sittings to choose from.

What do I have to pay to secure my room booking?

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per room must be paid at the time of booking to reserve the room.

How do I cancel my room booking?

If you have to cancel your room booking with you will lose your £10 deposit per room booked.
